Ufficio Qualità, Ambiente e Sicurezza (rif. QA-HSE)

Società con sede a Roma, operante nel settore Ingegneria ed Impianti di Sistemi per le Telecomunicazioni con clienti internazionali sia civili che militari e nel settore petrolifero. È in grado di organizzare il lavoro di alcuni collaboratori presso i cantieri all’estero e seguirli anche a distanza. Dovrà interfacciare autonomamente il cliente per ogni aspetto applicativo dei requisiti contrattuali e normativi. Dovrà organizzare ed eseguire verifiche riguardanti le attività di acquisto, progettazione, sviluppo e controllo forniture, lavorazioni specifiche del settore aziendale ed è in grado di valutarne la conformità alle procedure e ai requisiti qualitativi applicabili. Verificherà la corretta applicazione delle cogenze di legge collegate alle certificazioni suddette ed il loro mantenimento.

Posizione B, Valutatore di sistemi di gestione Qualità, Ambiente e Sicurezza.

Il candidato ha già fatto esperienze lavorative specifiche, anche se relativamente brevi, deve avere buona autonomia sulle verifiche di applicazione di procedure operative relative ad acquisti, progettazione, sviluppo e controllo forniture, gestione strumenti etc. Conosce inoltre le lavorazioni specifiche del settore aziendale ed è in grado di valutarne la conformità ai requisiti applicabili. Ha buona dimestichezza con la gestione della documentazione specifica dei Sistemi di Gestione in argomento.

 

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER(CM)

with minimum of 20 years construction experience, with at least 5 years as a CM on major projects in the Middle East.

The Construction Manager (CM) will report directly to the Project Manager, and will assist him in providing assistance and technical guidance to assure all work to construct the telecommunications, Security and Control systems part of scope meet quality, schedule, and budget guidelines for the project.

Specifically, the CM will assist the PM in the following tasks:

• Lead the development, the implementation and the updating of the construction execution plans and procedures.

• Develop Method of Statement

• Planning activities, resources and machineries

• Work closely with PM and the Procurement to ensure that the material will be available on site when construction starts

• Manage internal and contracted installation crews.

• Update the Construction Programme and inform the Project Control Manager about any deviation with respect to the agreed plan.

• Work closely with contractors to avoid construction delays and develop solutions to issues as they arise.

• Work closely with managers of other contractors and project teams to coordinate installation and commissioning of the telecommunications network.

• Provide guidance to the team to understand installation requirements

• Ensure that field supervisors will perform installation and commissioning activities according to the requirements.

• Enforce safety polices, procedures and reporting.

• Work closely with internal and external agencies teams to confirm construction and functional quality prior to acceptance and commissioning

• Work closely with supplier representatives who will be involved with installation, testing and commissioning

• Witness and verify installation activities and progress.

• Produce detailed progress reports

• Ensure that all required permits and certificates are in place for the installation and commissioning activity.

• Report incidence of non-conformance and develop corrective and preventative actions.

 

TESTING AND COMMISSIONING (START-UP) MANAGER (T&CM)

with minimum of 20 years construction experience, with at least 5 years as a T&CM on major systems projects containing control, telecommunications, security and MEP/Utilities building projects.

The Testing and Commissioning (Start-up) Manager will report to the Construction Manager and will be responsible for all the activities concerning pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up, test run and handing over of the Port Special Systems to the Client according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, environment, budget and schedule.

On behalf of the Construction Manager, he will manage site's activities such as commissioning and start up, ensures compliance of the activities for which he is responsible with the established process and HSE requirements, while respecting the relative time and cost targets.

He will also review contractual documentation and verify that the pre-commissioning, commissioning & start up requirements have been taken into due consideration into engineering documents and testing procedures.

In coordination with the various discipline lead engineers, he will supervise the preparation of the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and handing over procedures ensuring that all the sub systems of the Contract will be homogeneously commissioned. He will be responsible to keep up-to-date the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and test run execution plans (including the mobilization of personnel).

He will liaise with the Procurement Manager for the definition of subcontractors scope of work inherent to testing and commissioning activities.

He will also supervises the preparation of the integrated pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and test run Schedule; for these activities, he will be responsible to define the specific temporary logistics required to comply with the project scope of work.

He will be also responsible for:

• Ensuring that all required permits and certificates are in place before starting any commissioning activity.

• Taking part in the project review meetings to make sure that the commissioning requirements have been duly complied with;

• Support the HSE Manager for the aspects falling within his area of responsibility and for the preparation of the general HSE Plan;

• Verify the preparation of the HSE Plan for pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and test run;

• Ensure the application of the HSE prescriptions for the activities falling within his sphere of responsibility.
